Downloadable Forms/Information
You will be contacted to discuss your order. Due to the custom nature of our products, payment is due prior to any photograph/artwork set-up/customization taking place. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Jersey ID/Lettering
Send us your jersey with a completed Jersey ID Order Form and any other information you want us to have. We'll get your jersey back to you right away. (Special order vinyl colors will take longer). You can also have your new gear sent directly to us so we can customize it and then send it on its way to you. Please send us an e-mail just to let us know to keep our eyes out for your gear!
Full-Color Photo Graphix & Collectables
- Choose the picture you want to use
- The subject must be large in the picture
- The subject should be bright and clear in the picture
- An original digital file is preferred over a scanned photo
- Picture must be a minimum of 300 dpi
- E-mail your picture to us or use www.yousendit.com if it is a very large file
- In your e-mail please tell us what item(s) you are interested in and the best way to contact you.
